Kitchen includes electric oven integrated with grill and 2 plate hob, microwave, stainless steel sink unit incorporating Garchey waste disposal system, fridge with freezer compartment, built in cupboards. 5'6 * 5'

Contents include: tv, freesat (or freeview optional), radio-controlled wall clock, pillows, duvets, extra mattress (optional), mattress protector, 2 sets of bed linen, towelling, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, kettle, pots, pans, crockery, cooking and eating utensils

The particular needs of incoming tenant will be catered for flexibly, for example furnishings and facilities that may or may not be wanted. Any (reasonable) additional items an incoming tenant requests will be purchased

GENERAL

Car parking is available (at additional cost) and car parking attendants provide a 24 hour service in case of need, for example to accept delivery of couriered items. Refuse is collected daily (weekdays) and mail posted to key secured mailbox immediately outside the flat

RENTAL

For referencing, TenantVerify would be used (who have a form, which any prospective tenant may find helpful to peruse). A deposit is required of £950. This must be received before tenancy can commence, along with first month's rent

Rent is to be paid 1 month in advance. Alternatively if the tenant wishes to pay rent fully for entire term in advance, there will be a reduction of 1% per month of the term

The Barbican Estates Office require a £70 fee for registration of any tenancy, but there are no other charges
